Change management is defining and implementing procedures
for efficient and prompt handling of all changes in the business
environment, in order to minimize any incident and to profit from
changing opportunities. It is a methodical approach to manage
changes at product level and at project level.
It involves defining, prioritizing & streamlining the change
requests, controlling changes made to production environment,
making sure that the changes migrated to production are robust,
communicate the changes made to the stakeholders, and
effective way to monitor & audit the change process.
